New Notice Issued by Embassy of Nepal, Royadh (Update: March 12)

Nepal Embassy, Riyadh reports to Nepalis residing in Saudi Arabia regarding the spread of corona virus (COVID-19) infection in Saudi Arabia.

The infection of the corona virus is also spreading in Saudi Arab. Considering this, the Nepalese Embassy in Saudi Arabia has been issuing continuous information for Nepalese people who worked in Saudi.

The Embassy has issued 13-point information on the interests of Nepalese in various matters

Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus (WHO):

  • Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
  • Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
  • Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, mouth or nose.
  • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early.
  • Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider.
