The government has banned arrival of passengers from different countries

March 18, Kathmandu | 

The government has banned arrival of passengers from the Middle East and Gulf states, Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and the whole of Europe.

The decision will be effective from the midnight of March 20 to April 15.

The meeting of high level coordination committee for control of coronavirus on Wednesday has taken the decision considering the high risk of pandemic.

The government has also banned gathering of more than 25 persons at public places. 

It has also decided to shut down cinema halls, gym clubs, night clubs and other places where people gather until April 20.
